So how do you begin?
Create a sitemap to outline the hierarchy and organization of content that will housed on the site
Ask the client and discover through data the pieces of content on the site that are either valuable to the visitor or are why the person came to the site. Also consider the functionality that needs to be included in the site.
Use this information to create the skeletal structure of the site, outlining the calls to action and functionality that will be included in the final designs.
